I’ve known Helen for a number of years as we grew up on the same street so it was a real honour when she got in touch asking if I could capture her perfect winter wedding at the fabulous Headlam Hall in County Durham. I arrived early morning as the rain began to turn into sleet and with the bride wishing for snow we just knew that her wish would come true. Not long after arriving a snow blizzard engulfed the whole region making roads in the surrounding area almost impassable…..unfortunately this meant the registrar was almost 2 hours late! Without a flicker stress both Helen and Benny embraced the delay and relaxed with family and friends until the ceremony was able to get under way. After their vows were exchanged everyone enjoyed the drinks reception while I took the newly weds outside to brave the elements and capture some stunning wintery portraits. Here is a little glimpse at how their day unfolded…
Congratulations Mr & Mrs Rabouhi I hope you have a fantastic future together and enjoy looking back on your photos of your special day.
If you are getting married in 2016 or 2017 and like the way in which I document weddings then please get in touch. I only take on a limited number of bookings per a year so would advise contacting me as soon as you can.
