Durham is a beautiful city in the north of England, nestled on the banks of the River Wear. It is home to some of the most stunning architecture in the country, including Durham Cathedral and Durham Castle, which are both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Durham is also a vibrant university city, with a thriving student population and a lively cultural scene. There are also numerous venues throughout the county ranging from boutique hotels, country houses and grand castles
